   Kakashi won’t die, because…
   1. Imagine the suspense leading up to Asuma and Jehriah’s deaths? There were multiple chapters dedicated to their dying, and their true power was revealed. This is not the case with Kakashi’s “death”
   2. Aren’t we supposed to see Kakashi’s true face when he dies? : 0
   3. If Tobi really is Obito, he can’t die until he confronts him.
   4. Naruto would have to be there when Kakashi dies- the later is too important a character to just rashly be killed off without Naruto’s knowledge

   Overall, not a big deal is made out of Kakashi’s probable death, so I doubt it’s going to happen.

    I do not expect Kakashi will die. He will be saved just in time by Sunade and the snails that she has. It would not make sense for him to die in this episode. Sakura has not even seen him. It would be saying that none of his students were able to come to his aide. Also, Chouji will make it away from Pain in order to give them the information about his powers.

    I’ve developed a new theory about who Pein really is. My theory is that he has one body for each of the tailed beasts the Akatsuki has captured. Don’t laugh. Here’s some support:
    (1) So far the Akatsuki have captured 6 beasts. Pein has six additional bodies added on to his original one.
    (2) Look at the # of bolts in Pein’s various foreheads. Could these signify the number of tails the beast has?
    (3) There’s a section in the manga where Kakashi sees one body of Pein’s with FOUR TAILS (chapter 422 page 11)

    If this theory’s true (and I think it is) I don’t think Naruto can fight Pain at the present moment, until Pain gets the body of the eight tailed beast- that way Naruto will be fighting Pein at the height of his streingth
