The Naruto movie 4 is out and it is related with the shippuuden somehow.It is not decided yet how long the shippuuden series will take .

Has any one else read the book? Kakashi gets his Sharigan from his fellow teammate when he was young. They are rivals but in the end when he is crushed by a boulder he gives his remaining uncrushed sharigan to kakashi via transplant from there medical ninja. This works out because earlyer that mission his eye is slashed (the scar on his eye).

the mangekyou sharingan can only be obtained by killing one’s best friend.. that’s how itachi gets it.. kakashi gets it in a similar way when obito uchiha, his best friend gets killed.. the sharingan is transplanted from obito to kakashi just before he dies

Yeah but that’s because he copies with his Sharingan… The Uchiha’s have pairs of Sharingans. So they would be able to copy aswell, techniquely speaking. However the only way to get the Mangekou is for them to Kill their own family or friend. So therefore, it’s a good argument as to how Kakashi get’s his Mangekou. Seeing as Kakashi didn’t kill Obito, he just witnessed him die. That would be a big difference. So yea…
